Character Balance Bulma: - changed Air Strike fuel cost; 10% -> 8%, - changed Freezing Missile fuel cost; 8% -> 6%, - changed Protect fuel cost; 6% -> 5% + 1% for each additional drone in Team, - weakened Protect effect by around 20%.
