[Can't open the game (HELP)]

I just created an account and I have a problem to log in, there is an error on the client and windows closes the window.
I've tried EU/US client and DX/OPENGL client and the error persists.
I ended up giving up playing for the time being due to lack of support or someone trying to help

Eu também não consigo jogar, baixei tanto o client US quanto EU e tentei em DX e OPenGL e nada funciona, da tipo CRASH e o Windows fecha a janela. Não sei o que fazer
